Lauren is leaving for Italy tomorrow. She is enrolled in a study abroad program through her school and she’ll be gone for a month. We’ve been together for 11 years. This will be the first time we’ve been apart for such a period of time.
To me, home is wherever we both are together. We’ll be apart and I’ll be home sick. :-(
June 16th! I signed up for it with a friend. It’s going to be the first time I’ve ever done 44 miles on a mountain bike. 44 miles on a mtb is much tougher (imo) than the same mileage on a road bike.
It’s a charity ride and the money earned through rider donations will benefit the continued development of the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail. Being a frequent user of local rail trails myself, I’m a huge proponent of this type of fundraiser.
44 miles on a mtb. Should be fun. :-)
